250nk Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using 250nk’s services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 250nk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree fully to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 250nk platform.

To use this platform, users must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 18 years old or of legal adult age according to the laws of your place of residence.
  • Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Not located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
  • Registering with personal information that is true, accurate, and up to date.

250nk reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Any attempt to provide false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of accumulated funds at the platform’s discretion.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only allowed one account on 250nk. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly forbidden and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.

You are required to keep your username and password secure. 250nk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Prohibited Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from the following activities while using the 250nk platform:

  • Using bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to manipulate games.
  • Collaborating with other players to cheat the system or gain unfair advantage.
  • Transferring funds between user accounts for money laundering purposes.
  • Using the platform for any activities that violate Malaysian law.
  • Spreading content that is seditious, defamatory, or harmful to other users.

Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 250nk platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We do not accept payments in foreign currencies and are not responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by third parties.

Deposit Terms
  • Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
  • Deposited funds cannot be transferred to other users.
  • 250nk reserves the right to delay or reject deposits suspected of fraud or money laundering.
  • Deposit processing times vary by payment method — typically from a few minutes up to 24 business hours.
Withdrawal Terms
  • Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the same user’s name.
  • Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
  • 250nk reserves the right to freeze or temporarily suspend withdrawals while investigating suspicious account activities.
  • Any bonuses or promotional credits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Liability Limits

Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure

250nk reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Detection or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or using someone else’s identity.
  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
  • Attempts to manipulate games or the platform’s payment system.
  • Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the given timeframe.

If your account is closed due to a violation, any remaining funds may be forfeited. If the closure is initiated at your own request, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to identity verification.

Platform Liability Limits

250nk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users from using the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The total liability of 250nk to any user will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 250nk platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of 250nk or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform content without prior written permission from 250nk.

Third-Party Links

The 250nk platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 250nk does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws

250nk reserves the right to modify, improve, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to check this page regularly to stay updated with the latest terms.

Continued use of the 250nk platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If users do not agree with the changes, they should stop using the platform and close their accounts.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
